Rang up one day as had had a lot of water pour through the roof of the building. Came out a few days later and said would send a quote through, took all details email address, phone number. Said would send the quote via email to the landlord. Waited two weeks and received nothing through. Called up the firm to remind / ask what was going on. Was assured that it would be done that day. John has carried out a number of jobs for us. He's a very pleasant gentleman who takes great pride in his workmanship. He will always tell you up front if he thinks a job can't be done and will explain why. He will maintain dialogue with you whilst the job is in progress, will inform you of any difficulties that arise and will discuss solutions to the difficulties with you. One final point. After each job, he made sure that the clean-up was very thorough. We are extremely pleased with the results of the work he has carried out for us and would have no hesitation in recommending him.
