I don't write many reviews, but simpson heating services have just installed a new worcester boiler and radiators. Dan and Charlie were very professional, hard working, extremely knowledgeable and really friendly, nothing was too much trouble, taking the time to explain everything along the way, and always took the time to give my dog lots of fuss, which meant a lot to me. I highly recommend this company, they deserve the five stars awarded. They also appreciate chocolate biscuits and cups of tea :-)

Top firm! Recently moved to Burton and struggled to find a reliable person/company to help with a broken radiator. Found this guy online and very glad we did. Scheduled the appointment and fixed the issue immediately. Life saver. Thank you Dan.

Cannot praise Dan highly enough for his hard work and commitment to customer satisfaction. Dan recently fitted a new combi boiler for my mum and the service was fantastic from start to finish; always on time, always had time to explain everything and always on the end of the phone to answer any questions. Thanks so much Dan for helping us out. We had been let down terribly by our gas engineer. Dan rearranged his workload to fit us in and sort out the mess we had been left in, going above and beyond. He installed our baxi boiler that was already purchased and was very helpful. Work was done professionally and efficiently. Great communication throughout. I had a problem with the flush on my toilet ... I phoned Dan ... who was extremely polite and reassured me that he would be able to sort the problem out. He arrived on time and once again very polite, friendly and cheerful. He sorted out the problem with the flush quickly.
